A big CONGRATULATIONS on quitting smoking! I quit 4 years ago after 44 years of smoking, and it was the hardest thing I ever did. I even sneaked off to smoke in the hospital after my cardiac cath . I still crave it, but I know I would not like it if I smoked one. So I don't know what I am craving. Now, I cut straws to the size of a cigaret and "smoke" them. Nobody ever died of a straw habit, and when I think of all the money I have saved I feel even better. :) Take care. Sue

After my first heart attack, cath, stent, I was one shook up fellow, and had one pimp stick left. Yep, I sneaked off to my little shed sactuary and smoked. I'm ashamed to admit it, that was eleven years ago.

My grandfather felt that real men smoked cigars, citified fellers smoked cigarettes so called them pimp sticks. Thinking of them as pimp sticks helped me quit. Best thing I ever did for myself. Congratulations. You are saving your life by quitting.
